We just came back from Canada which was arranged by Chris and Mandy - when we started thinking about the holiday we didn't know where to start - especially as we were a bit late and accommodation was very booked up - and we were looking for accommodation for us and our 4 children The thing that made the biggest difference was that Chris was able to "hold" some flights for us whilst he found some accommodation - with the proviso that we could cancel the flights if we couldn't find acceptable accommodation - try doing that yourself! Once that was sorted Chris came back to us with a tailor made holiday including car hire and he arranged fabulous valet parking at Gatwick! In the run up to the holiday we had some queries - all of which Chris dealt with very quickly and then a few days prior to departure I had an issue with my visa entirely my fault but VERY stressful - again when I asked Chris for help he immediately found me a contact who was able to put my mind at rest. In the past we have tended to arrange our own holidays but this was far more complex and Chris and Mandy made it very easy for us to have a very perfect escape! I totally recommend Your Perfect Escape and now we're looking forward to escaping again next year! Thanks Chris and Mandy. David and Susan Lee and family
