Brilliant service, we came into holiday lounge with a very vague idea of what we wanted… Eva, our travel agent was patient, helpful and provided brilliant service. We finally found our perfect holiday and placed a deposit! Experience was faultless!
The holiday lounge was great. They have been very helpfull with any questions and sorting things that needed sorting. I can recommend all the staff that work there and will be using them in the future.

We always book our holidays through holiday lounge, they are all very helpful and extremely friendly. They help with form filling and any problem that arises. They are a really pleasant bunch.
Unusually helpful and very knowledgeable staff. If we need to book a holiday, this is our first port of call and, due to their efficiency, usually the only port of call. We were unfortunate to be caught up in having a holiday for four to India cancelled as a result of the pandemic. I can only thank Holiday Lounge and its staff who worked tirelessly to secure a full refund and keep us informed throughout. A full refund was secured in a surprisingly short time. I know where I will be heading when the time comes to book again. Many thanks to you all.
An outstanding personal service by lisa and her team. Nothing was to much trouble with the staff going over and beyond to secure the perfect honeymoon destination. Holiday, taxi transfers and VIP at the airport was all co orinated by Lisa. The customer service excelled anything I have received before. I certainly will not shop anywhere else for my future bookings, and highly recommend The Holiday Lounge.
I would of give 0 stars, but unfortunately thats not an option. Bad attitude and customer service.
In future I will book all my holidays here, they are excellent
