Tracy is incredible! There's no limit to the amount of time she's prepared to put in to research your holiday and she'll continue to do so until she knows that you're happy with the outcome. And if you send her a message (even on a Sat or a Sun) you can expect to get an answer from her within an hour. That's dedication for you and the very best customer service you could possibly get. Thanks Tracy and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to anyone that needs the perfect holiday.

We have used Tracy on many occasions to book our holiday and the service from start to end is excellent. We like to source and book our own holidays, however as a small business owner myself, I wished to support another and have never looked back. Tracy will find you holidays to meet your requirements, big, small, UK, city breaks, exotic, multi-centre, multi-flight, cruises, you name it and Tracy has done it! Tracy sourced a holiday for us that we just could not find with the main tour operators and the price was great. When we source our own holiday, we pass the details to Tracy who books it on our behalf and she then takes over as our 'go to lady' and arranges any extras we require. She manages any communication with the hotel/resort/tour operator saving us the hassle (after all holidays are meant to be fun) and goes the extra mile, her response time is really quick, she is friendly, helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The great thing is it costs no extra to you and you may even get a better deal, but most importantly you will be supporting a local business, (someone will get the commission), why not let it be Tracy rather than the big corporates! I highly recommend Tracy (& Russ).

Tracy booked our holiday to Goa and she made the whole process so simple - outstanding customer service! Instead of us having to spend hours trying to find a holiday online, Tracy listened carefully to our requirements and found us a fantastic deal in a great location. Tracy was there every step of the way and even helped us with our visas! Plus, she organised a free airport lounge pass, which was an absolute godsend as our flight was delayed. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Tracy at Not Just Travel, and I'm really looking forward to booking my next holiday with her soon.
