If I could give 0 stars I would. They are a complete con. The work is disgusting. Selling products as something and receiving not that material. I will be getting in touch with trading standards. They ruined my 1st wedding anniversary present to my husband!!!!!

Absolutely useless! Only gave 1 star because I couldn't leave less. I placed an order on 10th March & received an email asking me to resend image. I did this & weeks later they again asked me to resend image. I got so fed up I phoned & when som eone finally did answer, it was a woman who sounded completely bored with the conversation so i asked for a refund which I'm still waiting for! I've phoned several times but no answer. I've since sent the same image to another company to have made into a canvas & within days it's been done with no problems. Avoid this company!

Ordered 3 canvases from this site and about to order a 4th right now so was surprised to read the poor reviews. Never had any issues with the service or the quality. The price for what I've received has been excellent & would definitely recommend.

An absolutely amazing product, above and beyond. I ordered a 3 hearts-chain with bespoke photographs and did not expect that the quality will be that great. A very classy product, I have already recommended your services to many people! Will return again and again for sure, especially for special gifts. Thanks much!

Ordered canvas in Nov as a Christmas present. Their first draft was poor (several photos duplicated right next to one another) so I took them up on their offer to make it with a single layer of photos. This was early Dec. Never heard back again despite several chasing emails, until after Christmas. Canvas didn't even arrive in time to use as a birthday present in mid Jan. Asked for full refund which they did. Abysmal customer service - no hint of an apology. Can't comment on quality of product as it never arrived. Would avoid at all costs.
