The team at Your Move in Redruth are very friendly and professional, in particular Liam and Lisa. I have never known an estate agents that actually call you back when they say they will! The service provided was excellent. I went in and made an appointment and Lisa Buckingham met me at the house I wanted to rent out.  She provided all the information I needed  and was able to answer all the questions that I had.

I went for the full package where the office does everything for me - I needed this as I live a long way away and do not want to have to keep returning.

Lisa was able to advise on a company that would clear the house out once we had taken our belongings and also another company to provide a full clean before possible tenants viewed the house.  The service was excellent and the first people who viewed the house rented it.

Overall the service provided was excellent and Lisa in particular was always helpful and sorted out all of my problems.  Other Staff at   the office are also very good when you ring.  Overall I would recommend Your Move to anyone that wants to rent a property out

I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with the Valuations Manager, Lisa Buckingham. It was fate that we met, as she was covering her shadow position from the Camborne office, who I believe was away on annual leave. Since meeting Lisa , she has done all the right things to impress me - her professional standards can not be faulted. She has made this whole process extremely easy, and when some things have got a little bit hard and difficult to deal with, she has been on hand to go beyond what is required to provide a perfect, hassle free ending and solution. She pays particular attention to your personal needs and will listen to what is on your mind, and does what she can to relieve the tension of the situation. My property was let within a couple of days of going to market. I hope one day if I can find a way to show my appreciation for a perfect service. Thank you Lisa.

Hands down THE BEST rental company i have had the pleasure to deal with.  Lisa and Liam in the Lettings department have been fantastic from start to end, i cannot praise their friendliness and efficiency enough. The whole service that we have received from the staff at Your Move Redruth has been excellent and i would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a stress-free move.

This company has given me timely and accurate advice and guided me through the process of evicting vexatious tenants, right through to finally letting the property with all of the correct safeguards in place. They were non-judgemental when my do-it myself approach failed. They never lost touch with me and gave me heaps of advice they did not have to,  to push my project through to completion. 
I have now ended up with the property let and have full peace of mind. This was due to the patience and professionalism of Lisa Buckingham and her colleague Liam, whose last name I do not know.
I am very grateful for the continued support and regular updates. 
I would recommend this firm to anybody needing to let out a property...
