I am unsure on what basis the negative review made their comments but have never had this experience. The way that your savings and loans are calculated can be a little confusing if you don't understand how the system works.  That being said, the information is all given and all the staff are more than accommodating, should you need clarification or help.  If you miss your banking to be as it used to be and appreciate a genuinely unbiased service, run by people who passionately believe in it, you have come to the right place. Banks will treat you like a cash cow, here you are treated as a shareholder. Come see for yourself!

Amazing service for families who are in need of extra money. At Christmas my husband had time off work and the Christmas top really came in handy. The staff are so helpful and do all they can to help. I recommend this to any family on cb that need a loan

I had an account over 10 years ago, got me into a lot of debt without me knowing or a credit agreement. When they found their mistake, had an unpleasant person threatening me at my door! Only my experience, but it was a bad one.

very mis leading. false fed information. used fuel to get there and paid car park money all for nothing. the family loan isnt as easily available as the staff make out both on poster and by phone.

Always friendly staff that go out there way to help. Family loan easy to apply and very straightforward.
