Nothing but problems from this bank and all the branches I have been into. Asked a question and got no reply or a short answer. No help from this bank if anyone wants to join Lloyd’s I seriously wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy. Been here over 7 years and still as useful as a chocolate teapot and will be changing as soon as possible
Currently rating lloyds with 4 stars as I believe my issue has been resolved promptly.
Not good..unhelpful when wanting to simply open a new account.given card with number on to ring.
