Your Move were the Estate agents who dealt with our purchase and I cant speak too highly of them. The team at the Broadstairs office supported us every step of the way in what proved to be a very drawn out and difficult experience. Grace the manager was brilliant.. always helpful and available to offer advice ...sometimes giving us the push we needed. I would definitely recommend this agent. In my opinion five stars is not enough.

Having had my house valued by several local Estate Agents I was very pleased when, “Your Move” valued my property significantly above the competition. My thoughts were, that price will never happen, but I will give it a try. I was preparing for a long wait. To my astonishment before the house had officially been put on the market they had found me a buyer. Once the sale was agreed we did have a long period of waiting due to the IT difficulties our chosen solicitor was having but I was really impressed by how hard, “Your Move,” worked to keep the deal alive, keeping all sides happy and patient. At all times I found, “Your Move,” very polite, approachable and keen to clinch that deal, as they always worked in my best interests. JLH

Unfortunately our purchase fell through due to issues at the bottom of our chain. I have to say though that Grace and Leigh at the Broadstairs branch have been absolutely fantastic over the last 6 months and nothing has ever been too much trouble for them. I would highly recommend them and if we decide to go through this process again in the future, we wouldn’t hesitate to use them.

Originally I was using a competitor over the road to let out my properties in Broadstairs but they didn’t listen to my requirements, wouldn’t pick up the phone or market the properties as I wished.... Then I tried Your Move Broadstairs and they are truly fantastic...within days of marketing my property they have found good and professional potential tenants for me...not just once, not twice but many times... Credit must go to the team Jinny, Grace, Lee and David. They must be so fed up of my long list of demands, but they always find me the right tenant! Fantastic team indeed!!
