These guys were all for the landlord and did not treat us fairly at all considering the situation we found ourselves in. Very dissapointed with the lack of back up we received when we didn't cause them any problems at all. Find them very unprofessional, giving us quotes of £40 for some gardening to be up to scratch on the property that we moved out of (not gardeners at all so not got a clue) to then say deducting £100 from our deposit for the gardening!!!!!! Another £100 to paint 2 walls where the paint had flaked off due to it having been painted with Matt emulsion over the top of silk!!!! No loyalty to us as tennents and certainly no duty of care shown. Far from happy!
