After listing our property with prettyich every other agent in the local area over the past few years who were all charging double the price btw We recently sold our property with Springer Homes. The professionalism, attention to detail and approachability of their staff made the whole process easy. Our sale was not as simple as you'd first think with our first buyers pulling out without much explanation after months of enquiries, Ben and his team had another buyer lined up within 4 working days!
