FIRST TIME BUYERS BEWARE.  Bought a house years ago with these. Told them we was first time buyers. And the house we wanted.. they said everyone was looking at the house. And there wasn't any slots to view it all week.  Next day, Carly phoned me and said they'd spoke to the seller. And they can squeeze us in first thing Saturday morning. Liked the house but was a bit pricey. She really pushed us and said if you want it you'll have to give the asking price right away. We did and bought the house. Found out weeks later from the seller we was the only ones who viewed it that week. And they couldnt believe they got the asking price straight away. I only reviewed it now because I got a card through my door that says they have 4.7 stars on Google..  when it's only 3.9 or 4. Will never buy or sell with this company.

Around Feb 2022 my son made an appointment to view a flat in Skem, they didn't realise they had made the appointment and sent someone at the last minute whilst we were waiting.  He expressed an interest in the flat and I dont think they even told the landlord about him! Today 10/6/22, I made an appointment with them to come and value the house at 16:30, they then changed it to 16:00 and then to 15:00 on the same day.  They then didn't even turn up!!! If they cant even be trusted with the simple things how are they going to handle selling a house?

To any first time buyers, make sure you don't get "gazumped" especially by these cowboys!! Sending off all my info to their conveyancing team who got in touch with me, saying the house is mine as I was highest offer and then giving it to someone else!! Bunch of time wasters. 0 stars if I could.

If you have options avoid this agency not helpfull rip off agency doing nothing but collecting their wages
