Highly recommended. I love Leaders for the personal touch. During our application, I would just call and Cara already knew who she is talking to, always updating me about progress and made it very easy to power through the necessary checks. Really helpful and professional, the team has done their very best to make us happy and fulfil their part of the agreement. The welcome pack was an incredible surprise, it feels like leaders does go the extra mile to bring a smile on your face. Many thanks!
Changed review after living in a property provided by Leaders. Absolute shambles, finally have direct contact with the landlord after they refused from both sides, since we moved in we have reported issues with the property from leaks, bad electrics, non working oven for them to blame it on the Landlord. Landlord personally comes to the property and is shocked, they have been charging him for works done but never carried out the works before we took tenancy. They told us to contact the local council to report the landlord, they offered no help or advice and was still taking money from us and the landlord. After one conversation with the landlord all work is being organised to be done, this could have been months ago if they had given the landlord my contact details. Horrible from both sides!!
Cara has been amazing throughout our application and moving in process. Any questions we had, Cara was always on hand to help and respond very promptly with any information we needed. Thank you for everything, we love our new home.

Cara Maleedy’s role as negotiator of the St Helens branch has been exemplary. I’ve always found her to be highly professional and motivated in finding tenants to fill my property in St Helens. I really appreciate the way Cara always keeps me informed of the process, whether discussing the suitability of different tenants or informing me on the progress of tenant checks. We rented a property with Leaders for 4 years. We had a few issues whilst living there, some of which were kind of half sorted and some were just ignored regardless of us raising the issue several times. We didn't really have any problems with Leaders themselves as such, they were fine to deal with, until we gave our notice, and since then we've had awful service and are still waiting for them to refund rent payments they took after we moved. We gave our notice in November and were told that due to the date we gave notice the tenancy would only end in Jan, unless they found a new tenant, in which case we'd have to pay a re-letting fee. They found a new tenant within a week, but yet still continued to take rent from us for 2 months, and also still expected us to go and let the new tenants in to measure the property. The first day back in Jan they told us we had to take the keys in that day, otherwise we'd have to pay rent again, even though they'd already taken it. We took the keys that day regardless. Yet we are still chasing for a rent payment to be refunded as we've only had one month back. It's also now been nearly 3 months since we gave notice and we haven't heard anything about receiving our deposit back either. I have been emailing Sue, who is apparently the lettings manager, but my emails are being completely ignored! No idea how they've got decent reviews on here - the reviews on other sites are more reflective of the service we've received!
Sarah Jones our property manager has been amazing to deal with, even though I am overseas. She is straight onto sorting things out for me and provides me with updates immediately. It’s a pleasure to be dealing with her. Would definitely recommend her
