Just bought a house through Kelrick and I only had to phone them 3 times in total. Everything was dealt with quickly and right first time.
Same applies to their recommended IFA, Mr John Fisher. Very efficient, professional and a nice friendly guy to top it off!
The whole process was made very simple.

Just want to say a massive thank you to Darryl at Kelrick.
Extremely helpful and informative from the get go and throughout maintaining a professional approach.
Darryl was always on time and kept me updated  (unlike several agents I have used over the last few months) and I can't thank him enough for showing me around and getting me closer to my dream home !

I can't recommend Kelrick Properties highly enough. They are always very professional, helpful and diligent. I rent out a flat through them and I have every confidence in their services. They have a 'can-do' attitude and nothing is ever too much effort for them. Their charges are fair and reasonable. Well done Kelricks and thank you.

I can highly recommend this agency. In August we found ourselves having to move from our house at very short notice (having sold it some three months earlier). Kelrick were very helpful, pulling out all the stops to get us into a short term rental within 48 hours! Great people to deal with!
