The sale was processed very well and basically on time. This to me was a new experience an online process so i communicated via email which were responded to quickly. if you needed to speak directly you couldn't always get through immediately but if you left a message your call was returned. There were a few small additional fees at the conclusion but what solicitor doesn't have them  ? and the pricing was very competitive in the 1st instance. Overall a great transaction which i would use again.

I had a unusual case which they had no idea what to do with. Finally got through after complaining to the lender. Their excuse was that the case manager was on leave. Their attitude was very much don't care about the end customer and only care about the banks. Be aware they are only acting for the bank on a remortgage so you have no help.
