I recently sold my property with Maloco and Associates and would highly recommend them. I felt like from.the moment that Kieran came out to do the pre sale valuation right through to listing and receiving offers they really took the time to get to know me and provide a highly personalised and professional service. They helped me to achieve a great result, with my house selling in a week. I was a slightly nervous first time seller but Karis was brilliant at guiding me through the process and keeping me updated which helped to make the process from listing to accepting an offer as smooth as possible.
