Fiona Dingwall was responsible for dealing with my late father Walter's estate after he passed after a battle with cancer. The whole team was compassionate, supportive, professional and efficient. In the end, the whole process (including title deeds transfer) was completed within a couple of months, helping my sister and I move on.

Very poor overall, Home reports came late (after chasing them myself with both this firm and the sellers).Turns out the home report had been with this firm for over 3 weeks with no one (emma) bothering to tell me! Home move was delayed because of this! To add insult to injury, no apology with offered and they proceeded with the hard sell to offer me life insurance! Today I have received a letter from them with completely the wrong name attached. That about sums them up really, avoid like the plague!
