Traditional fish and chips ...The fish is mouth watering, well cooked and very tasty. Lovely thick and fluffy potatoe chips. The food was so lovely, we ate in the restaurant the next day. We were not disappointed eating in, same excellent standard of food and first class customer service. We will definitely eat here again and we highly recommend this Family Friendly Traditional restaurant.
We were seated really quickly in the restaurant. Staff were lovely and very friendly. Restaurant was clean. We got our food really quickly which was fab with 4 kids. Portion sizes were huge, I got the lite bite cod and chips and couldn’t finish it. I also liked that they asked how we would like the fish battered too.
Always a pleasure to visit this hidden gem in Blackpool. Don't bother with any of the seafront chippies, this one can't be beaten. The food is delicious. I love that the skin is removed from the cod. Service is always friendly & efficient. If I lived nearer I'd be in every week!Food: 5/5
We were in Blackpool for the day! We knew we were going to have fish & chips as we always do. We'd heard of Yorkshire fisheries which have good reviews, I'm a Yorkshire lass and I know what a Excellent fish and proper batter looks like!! This was the top service and food I can tell you in Lancashire. Can't wait to return, its served hot fresh and really lovely service. You need to give it a try...
Used to eat here as a child. Small fish, chips and peas £6.80. Cooked fresh to order. Was beautiful. Definitely be back. Delicious
BEST fish & chips in the North West of England, as simple as that! I have been coming here since 2010: if you go to Blackpool and you do not have fish & chips at the Yorkshire Fisheries, you are missing out, big time! Not only the food is exquisite and never greasy, but the portions are very generous as well, as you can see from the pics. And finally, the atmosphere is very relaxed, super friendly, it is like dining with a nice & happy family. Do not miss it on your next staying in amazing Blackpool.
One of the best fish and chips I have ever had. We tried both Cod and Haddock and both fishes are fresh, sweet and delicious. The staffs are friendly as well. Good restaurant environment and will definitely go here again !

Loved this fish and chip eatiere. Food is delicious, excellent portions for the price, staff very helpful and pleasant. Highly recommend for a tasty meal in Blackpool.
Not just high rating on review sites but highly recommended by locals we asked a lot of people. The staff super helpful, the place clean and tidy, the food can't fault, not over greasy and full of flavour, certainly coming here again
