Great place to purchase caravans, awnings and accessories. There is always plenty of stock available. Very pleasant, friendly and helpful staff. This time we bought a used awning and Marcus was very helpful. He even took the awning and poles to our car and put them in the boot. The cafe is also an excellent place, and we have never had a bad meal yet. Would highly recommend.
Went to buy a caravan, picked one out left a large deposit, and just a few hours later decided against buying it, rang company to tell them, asked about getting our deposit back , was then told its non refundable. It clearly does not state on any of the paperwork that any deposit left is non refundable. The sales staff didn't even mention that deposits were non refundable I would clearly make sure that you ask before leaving a deposit
Wow what incredible and knowledgeable service from Andy Dickinson!!! We've just purchased an Isabella Magnum awning and annex. With the help of Andy at the NEC we were able to find the awning that worked best for us. I would definitely recommend if you're thinking of buying an Isabella awning to speak to Andy. He has been very patient and his product knowledge blew us away. He kindly even mentioned that if we have any problems with our awning i.e. setting it up to give him a call!Thank you so much for all your help Andy. We will undoubtedly purchase from yourself again!
Had 4 new caravans from Y.C. always dealt with Debbie and always very helpful. Handovers have always been good and any minor issues found rectified before taking delivery. Only had one issue with a broken door handle which did get sorted after I contacted Swift direct.
Very friendly but not pushy,the lady tried her best to find a caravan within our spec and price range.
Very good accessory shop can comment on the food problems in kitchen staff thoroughly kept us informed
Went to Yorkshire caravans a couple of weeks ago looking for a newer caravan. We found the ideal layout so went ahead with the purchase Kevin looked after us and was very helpful talked us through everything and sorted out our part x too. Within 2 weeks we had our new purchase so went to pick it up on Saturday 17th for the hand over. Vicki guided us through the hand over with expert knowledge and ease she was brilliant and explained everything perfectly. We just wanted to thank everyone concerned on the purchase of our new caravan and would fully recommend Kevin, Vicki and all staff concerned brilliant service thank you guy's. Paul/Diane Harris
Ordered windbreak from them, and they had it ready for collection when I got to their shop. Had a few questions about problem with leaking air awning and staff member informed me on what details I needed to purchase spare parts for awning and how to locate leaks in awning, this information was most helpful. Would recommend this company to anyone, well impressed with customer service. Thanks
Very frustrating. Should have picked caravan up and given wrong sort code. So picked up 2 days later. Filled caravan and set off to camp site. Sunday morning started to get heating and hot water on, smoke coming out of boiler. Rang Bawtry caravan. Could not speak to any one until Monday. So stayed 6 night without heating and hot water. Took caravan in they tried to ring us 2 weeks back but keep using wrong number. Picked caravan today, told put new elements into boiler and that's where smoke came from. They could have told us this before we went 6 days without heating and hot water. Disgusting after service
Great breakfast last Sunday the staff are always lovely. I went again with my Dane this week and was sad no dogs allowed anymore. However it was nice outside and the staff made a real fuss of Jessie and gave her some water. The toasted t cake was lovely
