Had an experience from hell here. My 18 month old had had thrown up on the bus and I went in to the bathroom to clean her up. Shorty after I started cleaning my child up a station employee blonde 40-50 year old woman knocked on the bathroom door and demanded I leave since they were closing. I frantically and apologetically begged her to give me a few more minutes to finish cleaning up but she rudely kicked me and my child out of the station, insisting I should just throw my jacket over my child although it was clearly cold and windy outside. She berated me for leaving a mess in the bathroom giving me no time to clean up and told me I shouldn't have come there in the first place I suspect this was some kind of nationalistic remark since I have an American accent and I'm not English. As soon as I left the building I heard her hysterically screaming obscenities at me. I can't fathom how unhinged and cruel people like her are employed at all.
Not one of the fancy bus stations but you are sure of getting to Sheffield, Rotherham or Worksop from there.nThere's Tesco and Aldi shops for your groceries and it also has large car park but I am not sure if the park is paid or free.
Terrible place at weekends, kids throwing stones at buses, causing damage. Better going to stop after the bus station.
It's a bus terminal but an indoor one so you don't get wet or freeze to death when you're waiting g for a bus here.
I've never known a bus station to be so warm to wait for a bus most bus stations are cold.
