This is the only doctors surgery in my 27 years of being on this earth that I feel like I'm being listened to! Receptionists are quick and generally care. Dr Green has helped me start to work on issues that I suffer with and gives me the confidence that we are solving those issues to get me back to my old self. For the first time I feel like a doctor is listening to me instead of treating me as another number. I will definitely be recommending this surgery to all my close family and friends.

Worst Doctors Surgery I have ever used, Rude and unprofessional Doctors, reception never answer phone, you have to listen to a message then it rings and rings then you get cut off and have to listen to the stupid message again. Took over an hour to manage to get through, had enough of their poor service and I will be switching to another Surgery.

I think the receptionists are very friendly and very helpful, they work extremely hard and never moan even when they are dealing with very rude patients!! the doctors have always been professional and friendly too
