Beautiful theatre, hope to see it up and running again soon after covid-19 restrictions.
Visited to see The Secret Garden performance while we were in the city over the summer and it was such an enjoyable evening. Fantastic production and the decorations they had put up in honour of the show were a lovely touch. Would definitely recommend this theatre
As always a wonderful pantomime with a brilliant cast which I've got to know over the past 31 years. Why anyone would want to destroy this successful formula is beyond me.
Went to see Chekhov's The Seagull in the studio. Brilliant, really enjoyed it. Most of the cast were superb. Humour well delivered, great costumes and simple set. Great experience
The theatre is excellent. Staff are friendly, the foyer and cafe area are lovely with a dressing up box for small people. Unfortunately we were there to see the panto, which was poor. Thankfully they have a new team for next year which can only be a good thing.
We came to watch Nigel Slater’s Toast the other week! We managed to book front row seats which was great and they were not right next to the stage! There was so much leg room and great viewing as we had no one blocking our view. The play was excellent and the scent of burnt toast was wafting all over during the play! Great venue!
Best pantomime in the world.... Gonna miss the only Dame I've ever known in 40 years of panto!!
