I've used this company twice, yes twice and both time they have messed up so I won't be using them a third time. The first time I ordered a chicken burger with fries, lettuce and a can of coke .. The burger arrived without any lettuce. It was just literally a piece of chicken in a bread bun with soggy chips and NO drink... A few months later I decided to give them a second try so I ordered a kebab with cheesy chips to be delivered... It eventually arrived at my house.. The kebab was okay but my cheesy chips were lacking the cheese! How hard is it to give people what they actually order.. I seriously won't use this place ever again and others should think twice too... I mean just look at the reviews? They speak for them self's surely
Ordered pizzas at 18.20 last night. Rang them up at 20.00 and were told our order was out, with us in 10 to 15 minutes. Rang them up again at 20.20 to cancel. Were told they had no way to contact their deliverers someone should tell them about mobile phones, but we cancelled anyway. Oddly the pizzas never arrived, so maybe they worked out a way to contact the deliverer after all. Never using them again.
Absolutely poor service! Ordered my food at 6:50 was told an hour and twenty mins max. So rang at 8:30 asking where it was after the woman being rude we agreed I would only pay £13. When the guy turned up and I told him and the woman advised him she had never spoken to me! So f****ing rude. After that, the pizza was like plastic the chips where soggy! Absolutely poor service and food. Wouldn't waste your time Hope you remember this sh** boys
After a 1:45 wait for the donner meat, I was so disappointed! Donner meats was like leather, and the bread roll that came with the kebab was like a rock, such a shame after looking forward to it!
So ordered cheesy chips and onion rings x2 on but once I got the food there was a sprinkling of cheese so I phoned up to compline they insisted on sending a replant out as I am a regular customer but the replacement was the same with a sprinkling of cheese so they have lost a regular customer but Dominos is open till 5am
