Visited with friends. We were welcomed & seated without any delay. Loved the plants & modern fresh looking interior. We were given menus & order was placed without any problems. My friends ordered from the special offer lunchtime menu but as I can’t eat meat the Rissotto dish that I would have liked was unfortunately sold out due to popular demand. The hostess serving us was polite & very helpful. Food was of high quality. The portions were very generous & delicious
Had a lovely meal at this restaurant today. It looked lovely from the outside and caught our eye as we were walking past so we popped in. Lovely table in very nice and modern surroundings. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Food was tasty and plentiful and desserts were amazing. Really enjoyed our visit and wouldn’t hesitate to visit again and using Meerkat rewards made it even better as it’s 2 for 1 all day!
Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice food, but the desserts were slightly disappointing; as we were using a voucher from Buy a Gift I can’t really complain as the price was amazing. A lot of veggie options even on the limited set menu. Will definitely visit again.
Visited with some of my work colleagues. We booked the table in advanced online, which was super easy to do. We all throughly enjoyed all our food and will definitely be back
Lovely chilled vibe with friendly attentive staff. Food was very tasty, hot and plenty. I would definitely come back for a bite to eat.
We entered and got taken to our seats, the lady left and we must have waited about 15 mins, she cam over asked us if we were ready to order, we said no but we would like some drinks first. Not a good start. We then received our food I ordered pasta, my partner a pizza with some garlic bread. She left not offering any parmesan. We had finished she then took our plates, and it had been about 10 min or so we were looking around and seen her leave, must have been end of her shift. Fair enough, she needs to finish. The manager i think .rudely stood behind us on his phone, we had to approach him for our bill. The food itself was outstanding though, only issue was service. The lady was great very friendly and polite.

We had a brilliant evening in Prezzo yesterday, 1st Jan 2023. First of all, very nice and lovely staff with very good attitude. Good ambience with plenty of seating capacity. They had a good children menu. Food tasted really nice and reasonably priced.
Had a lovely experience here this evening. While the food is very much as you'd expect from this chain, the service was excellent. Izzy, our server, was very friendly, efficient and genuinely interested in us and our experience of the restaurant and York in general. She is a credit to the restaurant.
Booked online and arrived 5 minutes before booked time. Totally ignored by at least 5 members of staff. Told by two that someone would be there shortly to look after us. Eventually shown to table and left with menus. Drinks order taken and then food and food showed up but no drinks. Called server over and asked for drinks. Food average and warm rather than hot. It turned out that loos in basement were out off order but one only found out after going downstairs. Alternatives were upstairs. Why not apologise and inform customers? Some customers were shown to their tables which were then cleaned! Overall not a brilliant experience
