Yoobi - Hands on Sushi

Story

From Tokyo to Kobe, from Rio to Porto via New York and back again; along the way we’d like to think we’ve sampled some of the tastiest sushi on offer.

We’ve taken the best bits of our travels and mixed them up to create our very own brand of sushi – one where there’s no chopsticks, no plastic cartons and no formality.

Just delicious, healthy and refreshing combinations of sushi, all beautifully wrapped in a perfectly sized hand-roll. Naturally we’ve worked hard to source only the freshest and finest ingredients we can lay our hands on.

Tasty, healthy, easy – Yoobi.

£17.80 for 4 nigiri, a temaki and a miso soup seems on the pricey side for a fairly average sized lunch. However the food was fresh and tasty. Food took a little while to arrive but miso came out promptly. I don’t think I’d go back simply because of what I would consider high prices for a quick sit down lunch.
Very good fresh sushi, definently recommend sashimi and nigiri those are the best. Their wasabi is also amazing. The prices are fair for quality but being a sushi place don't expect to eat cheap. Go early or book in advance this place can get crowded really quick.
What a great finding! This may not be the best sushi you have ever had, but if you are in the mood for sushi, and you want to have something better than the usual "fast-sushi" chains, without paying a lot more, this may be your place. Another thing worth mentioning is that they have temaki the seaweed and rice cone with fish inside, which is not usual, and they looked really good. The sushi was done at the moment of the order, in front of me, and it was super fresh and light in the stomach. I would recommend trying the ones with fresh wasabi, as it's something I love and that you won't find everywhere!
Perfect for a light snack. Nice little place off the beaten track a little. Nice hand rolls only negative is the sashimi didn't seem to be high enough quality to hold its own in terms of flavor, would come again though.
Good place to take casual sushi, the service was nice and fast. The menu is pretty small but the quality was great.
This little sushi bar doesn't have an extensive menu but what they do have is some of the freshest and most delicious rolls in Soho. They specialise in assembling tuna and salmon into both traditional and newly thought out mouthfuls of flavour. Veggies can rejoice as they make a series of fish free treats as well. The roll with sun dried tomatoes is a must have for anyone that likes food. They don't serve alcohol, but do have a lovely selection of teas to accompany your meal. Service is a bit touch and go, but you'll get what you want in the end.
Delicious sushi - perhaps the best I've had in London, and I'm not quick to praise sushi. Try the spicy salmon maki.
Best Temaki in London! From traditional ones to very different but delightful combinations. Option of makis as well. Miso soup is delicious. The fish is always fresh, as well as the other ingredients. 'Citrus Salmon' is far my favourite, and I love the effect and texture of the tobiko on it. Extremely affordable for the sizes. Highly recommend to temaki's lovers like me!
Wow wow wee wow. Excellent staffing , quick , affordable and most importantly >>> fresh and tasty . Love this place , highly recommended
Sushi place with a few options, the service was not great. They mixed our order, and it was not even busy. For 8 maki rolls it's £6.10 which is not bad. They don't sell alcohol! Which in the middle of Soho is a downside.
