Been a couple of times now. Burgers appear to be home made and have a much better texture than the frozen fare other shops sell. The chips are real steak chips unlike the fries everyone else sells. They're trying to do something different to the hordes of other burger joints in Halifax, they just need a little more work to stand out.
wow!!!! finally something different in Halifax, walked in by chance after work, the place looks amazing, seemed busy but they had ample seating upstairs, you have to try the New yorker burger, Home made beef burger with fried egg and onions, wow! not the crappy frozen patty here, my friends tried the parmo, again all freshly made in the shop, finally got to see the ice pan in action, will defo try again
I would leave zero stars if possible- first time we ordered they did well, albeit, the second time; they gave the wrong pizza, food was called and the quantity was half of what they gave the previous time. Seems like they try to rope you in with the first deal but the second time they basically steal from you. Honestly, go somewhere else and save your money- the delivery time however was good.
New place just what halifax needed, the service was with a smile & the place looks amazing! Had the New Yorker burger meal, home made beef patty with fried egg & caramelised onions on a gourmet bun! Left me speechless wow not ur usual high street cheese burger! Will try again ps they also have the best ice cream Yolo
I'd give Yolo zero stars if I could. Ordered peanut butter stack and old school cake and custard. Both went straight to the bin, the presentation was terrible and there was almost a chemical like taste to both deserts. Horrendous experience and this is my honest personal experience.
Nice friendly family establishment. Staff were very helpful. Food was spot on Service was impeccable and their icecream is the best. Will definitely be recommending this place to family and friends and will no doubt be visiting them again soon.
Absolutely amazing chicken parm, which I've not seen anywhere else in hx and delicious steak fries too. The chicken burger was a little bit dry though. I'm definitely coming back for the Parmesans though!
Food was great. Really enjoyed it and will definitely come again also not only that but it is amazingly decorated aswell! Only thing i would recommend is faster service everything else is spot on!
Really disappointed with the quality of the food...very dry food, old salad and NO CABBAGE MASH and really poor customer service. Staff were very rude when called and said "sorry we run out of cabbage" and hung up Wish I could put '0' stars... definitely not going here again
Disappointed Firstly they couldn't recommend anything like their best seller so we ordered one item from each section Mag pizza- rubber cheese, red sauce was not nice Chicken supreme i am sure the chicken was off weird smell and taste Parmesan- alright but needs some sauce between the cheese and fried chicken Yolos zinger burger- so dry and definitely refried chicken Disappointed £15 worth of food gone in the bin :
