I have been practicing yoga for over 10 years and Rina is probably the best teacher I’ve had.  The studio is calm, relaxing and well equipped. Rina’s teaching style is very inclusive and all abilities are welcomed.  Rina is very passionate and professional and she has really helped me develop my practice.  I always look forward to attending the classes. I find the pace and intensity just right and my mind and body always feel restored afterwards.  I would definitely recommend Rina’s classes and workshops.

I started 1-2-1 yoga with Rina couple of months ago. Absolutely love it. Rina always asking and helping with muscle , joints pain. Feel more focused and energetic, improving my peri menopause symptoms.

I couldn't recommend Rina yoga class enough. I have been going for a number of years, even throughout my pregnancy, she was able to adapted the yoga so I could still attend until I was 39 weeks pregnant. It definitely helped me with my labour. As soon as I could go back to the class then I did because it helped me relax and have some much needed me time. Rina it a wonderful teacher a professional at her job

I have been attending yoga sessions with Rina for several years now and would highly recommend Yoganastics.  The studio is always welcoming - Rina and everyone there always very supportive and friendly. I really look forward to going and definitely feel the benefit of the sessions.

I love my sessions at Yoganastics. Being an smaller group, I get a more personal care. Rina is an excellent and fun teacher. I have back problems and she is very supportive and knowledgeable on how I can get the most of her sessions, while avoiding any negative impact. Rina also organises several Yoga retreats a year, some local, some abroad. They provide much needed recharging opportunities, as well as the chance of meeting new people and having a fantastic day/weekend. I couldn't do without my weekly yoga fix at Yoganastics.

Rina is an amazing yoga teacher. Rina is really passionate about teaching yoga to every single person that attends her classes whether that's group classes or 121 classes. She really wants to make a positive difference in peoples lives through her yoga whether its physical, mental or spiritual. I've attended many of rina's yiga classes, she is professional, extremely knowledgeable and really takes you on a tyoga journey tailored to individuals requirements and goals. I cannot recommend Rina enough, she is the BEST. THANK YOU RINA xxx

Rina is an amazing yoga teacher. I'd never done Yoga before joining her 3 years ago and she's helped guide me on this journey that I can't imagine yoga not being a part of my exercise routine anymore. She's knowledgable, friendly and puts you at ease. She let's you go at your own pace but still manages to push you to your best every session. The studio is a lovely tranquil space too. 5 stars!

Great class & attention to detail.  I have never done yoga before, but Rina had made me feel very welcomed and listened to what I wanted to gain from taking up yoga.  She explains everything precisely and guides where needed.  I couldn't recommend this enough for anyone looking to take up yoga

I started yoga over 4 years ago. I came with a rotator cuff injury. I had never done yoga before, Rina was and is an excellent teacher. She is gentle but firm, she teaches you to take notice of your body. Now yoga is a permanent part of my life and I cannot imagine not being able to practice. Thank you Rina for being such a wonderful teacher.

Rina is amazing! She is honestly one of the best teachers you can find particularly if you want to work on your form in the postures. Her hints and tips to make sure you are maximising the benefits of the posture while preventing injury are something that is rare to find. Each session is tailored towards an area, progressing each week. I love attending and feel liberated following each session.
