Just phoned this number to TRY and find out if I can take parcels here as seems all local shops have not had collections from this company in days. Automated garbage have you got tracking number etc then when you say no to about 3 unless comments from a brain dead company you here our Web chat is available and then buy from thse scum.nThese things are not human beings even a robot has way more intelligence Yodel are an utter joke and need shutting down or better still fined millions told to fix all issues within a week and if not then shut down.
Absolutely disgraceful service. The lady working at the Middleton Depot on Saturday morning, June 29th, should be ashamed. After travelling all the way to the depot to collect my parcel, which had been arranged, she told me, after a period of time that it had gone out for delivery. She categorically told me it had gone out, she even took my number if there were any problems. I went home, stayed in all day, and no delivery. So no parcel at the depot, no parcel delivered, absolutely disgusted at being lied too.
Worst delivery company I've ever had the displeasure of interacting with. 3 times I updated my preference to deliver to a neighbour, and 3 times they have not attempted delivery. Now through no fault of my own I have to drive a 40 mile round trip to the Middleton depot to collect my parcel. Completely pointless system, incredibly frustrating waste of my time. Will never go through a company who uses Yodel to deliver again. Useless doesn't sufficiently describe the ineptitude.
Driver Didn't leave a card cause he never came here, got a text message to say we tried to deliver but you were closed, @ 15:30, i am a garage open from 08:00 to 18:00 5 days a week, the driver obviously couldn't be bothered to bring the delivery. now no one knows where it is, absolute joke this delivery company. when i buy anything again if these are to delivery people then i would rather find it elsewhere.
Driver rang bell once and just went, no waiting, no second ring so leave you no chance to get to the door. I live in an apartment so superman or Usain Bolt wouldn't catch them. Disgrace of a company with no thought of the customer.
