Can't give 0 stars but what a terrible experience! Driver went to the wrong address for collection - we are based in Cardiff and he somehow ended up in Newport?? Second attempt for collection - we called in the morning and the lady on the phone confirmed it. Waited an entire day and called again at 5pm only be told a driver was never assigned for the collection. What a waste of time!!
DO NOT USE! I would give 0 if I could. Parcels kept getting sent back to the depot despite me being home all day waiting for them. Tried rearranging a redeliver trough the phone twice and the parcels did not turn up on the chosen day. Customer support is absolutely rubbish and unhelpful. I ended up someone else to collect the parcels from the depot for me.
This place is a shambles. These guys have a tracking system that allows you to have packages redirected to a local post office. For anybody reading this, don't bother. They don't get redirected at all. The driver will make up some half arsed excuse, take it back to the depot and put it out for redelivery without even mentioning a post office.nThis isn't a one off either, this has happened on numerous occasions to the point where I lose hope and do their jobs for them collecting it from the depot rather than leave it in the hands of incompetence. If you have other delivery options I highly recommend avoiding parcelforce.
Unfortunately I'm unable to give 0 stars for this shambolic company, firstly no notification of delivery was sent out prior, delivery was expected early afternoon and the driver didn't arrive and according to the tracking of the driver he was no more than 1 mile away from the delivery point but was sat in the same spot for over an 1hr30mins.nnNow because my delivery time window has surpassed I'm now unable to track the driver and and having to stay in waiting for the delivery when i had plans to go out.
