Absolutely terrible experience with DX Express. The driver showed up to collect an item for The Wood Veneer Hub but refused to wait while I brought it down from the third floor. No attempt at understanding or patience; just left because he expected the item to be ready when arrived. Took a day off work for nothing. Extremely poor service and utter disregard for customer needs. Avoid at all costs!
I was expecting a delivery between 9am-5pm. I have been at home all day waiting and at 3.36pm I receive an email and text to say sorry we missed you. I needed this item to be able to do a job tomorrow. It’s extremely frustrating because no one showed up. I have no note through the door or anything and my ring cameras don’t show any one arriving or leaving within an hour of receiving the messages. I have also been on hold for over an hour. Awful service all round.
Two attempts of delivery failed by Tariq, not even tried to ring the doorbell.nTried the live chat to complain about it and get a third attempt of delivery but instead they changed it for a collection, now I need to drive for over 30 minutes to collect my parcel.
Two failed collection attempts from the same driver named 'Obey'. Never attempted to call my number and there's no footage from the building that shows an attempt to action this collection. DX express clearly allow their drivers to cancel collections without attempting or even being near the location. Even a budget carrier like Hermes has better processes. Avoid.
Not happy. 2 days their tracking has told me my item is going to be delivered. Trying to ring is awful. 40 mins in to asking if it’s definitely coming. And still on hold. Ridiculous service
