Terrible, can never get through on the phone for starters. I can only be seen on a monday due to work and they cannot book me this day. Signed up to another surgury and no problem at all. Infact they offered me a Monday I was shocked.
Poor service, most of the time shut so I cant drop prescription in, most of the doctors don't even listen to you. Its really hard to get through on the phone and not easy to get appointment either. Same for Tylorstown branch.
They never answer the phone. I've had a couple of occasions where they pick it up and hang up straight away
Receptionists soo rude. Can barely get an appointment. And couldn't get an appointment for bloods that suited me around work.
