Lovely village pub with great food and real ale. We stayed for 2 nights and really enjoyed it. Car park on site too. Also, they very kindly posted my wife's dress to us as she'd left it in the room. Great service
Been meaning to visit this pub for many years on our travels. Finally made it today and wished we had done so earlier. Met with a warm welcome, great food all set in a lovely building and Village. You really should give this place a try when you are in the vicinity.

Had lunch here on Sunday……lovely food, great service, friendly and welcoming! The dog was allowed which is always a plus. My husband would have liked a guest beer. Wish we had a local pub like this!
Last night's Christmas Turkey was absolute perfection. Everything on the plate was mouthwatering, beautifully cooked and presented. Friendly service, warm and welcoming.
We dropped in on a cold Tuesday in January. There was a private party starting but we were well looked after and quickly served. There was a reasonably broad menu and the excellent food arrived quickly. We look forward to returning.Location: 5/5

Great food, friendly staff in this 15th century pub. Highly recommended.
Food was ok, staff seemed a little absent which admittedly may have been due to workload. Ok experience, but nothing special.
Lovely village pub serving good food. Warm welcome and good choice of dishes on the menu. Even serve hot food on a Sunday night. Thank you.
