Looked at several garages in the Bristol area but couldn't find the car for me, was given a high recommendation from my neighbour who swears by Yate car sales, so gave it a try, found my car as soon as I walked through the gates. No pressure from the salesmen, paperwork was dealt with easily and was given a good price for my car as a part ex. Collected my new car a few days later, was all very efficient and hassle free. Car drives like a dream. Daughter is getting hers from there as well. Can not recommended highly enough.

Best before-sales and after-sales service I have experienced: here's why I say this..... I visited YCS when looking for an Audi Q5. Even though it was obvious I was just looking and was not going to buy anything I was treated with utmost respect and patience. When I returned many weeks later, to view the car a second time, I was again treated with great professionalism. At every stage, as I explored whether to buy the car or not, I was treated in a most courteous and helpful way without any pressure to buy. I purchased the car and identified a problem immediately. I expected a bit of a battle to get YCS to accept responsibility but was delighted with the way they considered the issues fully and openly with me. YCS fully resolved the issues at no cost to myself. This is first class before-sales and after-sales service. I have bought many second hand cars, this is the best service I have ever received. I recommend YCS without reservation. (Please note: I have no relationship with anyone involved with YCS except as a very satisfied customer.)

I've purchased several vehicles from Yate Car Sales going back as far as 1999 and the experience has been a positive one on every occasion. The staff are great and the service is too. I would recommend Yate Car Sales to anyone in the market for a used car. Thanks for another quality vehicle.
