Amazing place, great food, lovely drinks but the atmosphere really stood out the most. The staff went above and beyond to make my little boy feel welcome and included. Will definitely be returning
Excellent family friendly pub. Great beer garden and nice and clean inside. Staff were really friendly and polite. The food was very good, good portions and service was efficient. Dog friendly and we appreciated the bowl of water brought out for our dog. Excellent experience overall and would definitely return again. Thankyou
Arrived with 8 of my friends without booking but we were seated at a table who was running late, the staff were so lovely and caring. Food was brilliant I had the beetroot and goats cheese salad with candied walnuts £14 and it was wonderful!. My friends loved their food and drinks aswell.
Stopped for a fantastic lunch in this delightful little spot. Food was excellent as were the pints of Dizzy Blonde and Unicorn Ale. Samuel our waiter was super attentive and very friendly. Highly recommend this high end pub.
It was nice. You have to book a table it is busy. The food was good. The sticky toffee pudding was a little disappointing after the the meringue came out as in size and was overcooked. It is a 2 hour turn around from when you book the table.
Absolutely lovely food decided we would only have a starter and main as didn't want to be too greedy... I am now sat waiting for cheesecake!!! Not the cheapest price but would recommend any day...
Lovely food and great service. A special mention to one person in particular, the manager or owner short haired lady with glasses. My partners Nan felt unwell during the meal and she went above and beyond to help with the situation, ice water provided, meal boxed up and a complementary pudding given. And she came to check on Anne to see if she was feeling better and if there was anything else she needed. More than you can ask for from a busy pub, truly excellent service. All the staff were lovely and food out standing. We had the roasts and the hunters chicken. Highly recommend. Will definitely be back. Anyone looking for a lovely evening with great food check this place out you won’t be disappointed. But would recommend booking as they are understandably busy!
Great pub in a fab location. Good selection of drinks and the food was delicious and beautifully presented and as it was also dog friendly, we were able to bring our well-behaved dog in with us. Staff were very friendly and spoke Welsh, which we really appreciated. Highly recommended. Bwyty a tafarn o safon uchel iawn, ardderchog!
Such a great place. Super friendly and helpful staff, even managed to get us a table on a Friday without a booking though definitely book in advance. Dog friendly, in fact our dog got as good treatment as we did. Food was amazing
This local pub recently became part of a large group. It is nicely refurbished. The staff are friendly and the beers are good. Food is variable. Risotto and pizza were sub standard. The kitchen could not give me new potatoes instead of chips! We had booked a table for four on a Friday night and despite the pub being quiet we were allocated a small table in a cramped corner.
