This is a unique place to visit, a pub on the coast accessible only via the beach or a coastal walk via a golf club. Stunning scenery, a location like no other. So worth a visit. A friend recommended the ploughman's lunch but we were too late for food sadly. Its a small pub but really you are going for the view and experience. Do it
Great lunch today, service excellent and the staff superb, very attentive. The only thing which was a little disappointing was no side salad garnish with my baked potato and tuna & mayo filling, at £8.00 wasn't good value but delicious all the same. The beer was cool and flowing and the prawn salad special was amazing and great value x Can't wait to go back x
I have very fond childhood memories of this great pub as we had family holidays in Morfa Nefyn for years and it was a treat to walk over the golf course and then have lemonade and crisps at Ty Coch before strolling back along the beach. In the past couple of years I've been back and this year with my own children but they're old enough to have a beer! It's a wonderful place in a beautiful setting.
Lovely traditional pub, literally on the beach! Me and my partner stopped here for lunch and had a great time. I also had two pints of butter and must say the beer was kept very well. Definitely recommend
Went on a dry, sunny day and what a location! Food good, beer, cider and other drinks on tap and a really cool vibe outside with the beach bar running. Definitely worth a visit with an easy 10/15 min walk from car park by the golf club.
View stupendous especially if you first continue up the road to the RNLI station then walk back to the pub via the coastal path. I've found the quality, comfort, atmosphere up and down, depending on the number of visitors. Inside the pub - when you can see it - is gorgeous. It will still remain on our visitor's tourist route!
Great little pub on the beach. We visited mid Oct so it wasn't massively busy. Can imagine summer would be rammed. Perfect spot on a lovely beach, prices reflect the location . Would defo return during the warmer months for a day here.
Good food and beer, I shared a tasty ploughman's and the rest of my family devoured a load of Nachos. Toilets were a credit to them saying they are open to anyone. Lovely beach busy even in late autumn.
Very unique place for a beer. We parked up and walked along the coast path and beach from Nefyn. Was amazing weather and the first weekend of opening this year. Was reasonably busy but not overly. Very relaxed without hundreds of people. Food was great quality. Staff were amazing. We will be back.Service: 5/5
I have Been here as a teenager on lots of occasions when it was lovely and stunning. Visited again as a 49 year old and it had changed .extra bar set up outside taking up space and just didn't have same quaint feel drinks over priced... and flat. Outrageously busy. was in height of Sumner so maybe may feel differently out of season
