Workington Leisure Centre and Pool boasts a huge range of activities suitable for all your leisure needs.

The Centre has two swimming pools, a sports hall, which enables a wide variety of sports and activities, a newly equipped gym, studio, spinning room and three squash courts providing endless opportunities for all your leisure needs.

There are many activities on offer including our popular Exercise to Music programme, badminton, gymnastics, football and much, much more.

Our extensive programme of activities ensures that there is something for everyone regardless of age or fitness level.

"Workington Leisure Centre, located in the west coast of Cumbria is a state of the art facility that opened in September 2016. The Centre has a 90 station gym with Technogym equipment, a superb 25m pool, a training pool, a fantastic sports hall, 2 squash courts, sauna and steam room, outdoor 3G football pitches and two multi purpose studios with a range of fitness classes including Yoga, Power Pump, Total Body Conditioning, Extreme Interval Fitness, Group cycle, Aerobics, Core Stability, Circuits and Boxfit.Membership is available from just £32.00 per month with no contract, which includes unlimited access to the gym, pool and fitness classes or you can simply pay as you play!"

Fantastic local pool. Up to date, clean and fresh with friendly and helpful staff. We went in for the family fun swim and the good quality inflatables and warmer training pool made it fun for all 4 of our kids aged 5 months to 15 years!nnThree family changing rooms I would say is above the average so not too much waiting.

I am appalled, disgusted and repulsed by the actions by some of the staff here. Their attitude towards customers is vile. They leave before closing because they are too lazy to do the last 5 minutes. The manager is the most rudest there, along with her colleague called Saul. She did not care when we complained about their service. worst customer service I have ever experienced and worst staff i have ever met.

I used to go David Lloyd in Leeds and it was not a patch on Workington Leisure Centre, which has state of art facilities, including pool, courts, sauna, steam room and massive well-equipped weights rooms, all well as all manner of machines for physical well being to improve strength and endurance. The vibe is top notch, the team are great and available to help, the place is spotless, everybody there gets their head down and grafts away. It opens early and closes late.

Very modern and new. Friendly and helpful staff. Don’t forget to put your registration into the iPad!

I am visiting the area and fancied a swim.nnAnd you what to know everything about me. I gave up in the as I was expecting to tell you my inside leg measurements. Moving on to the next town and hopefully they are not so strict.nnI  see from the Internet lots of other family's have problems with your poor service
