Exercise4Less is a good budget-price gym with plenty of equipment, showers, free lockers and free parking. But by far the best thing about it is Zumba with Andrea. She does 4 amazing hour-long classes every week which are free for and open to all members – her energy and enthusiasm rubs off so much on everyone regardless of their age or ability. It’s great exercise and great fun!
incredibly too many members. They should have a limit as there is only 1 pull up machine and very little dumbbells for the incredible high number of members. Not to say that members are smelling they don’t spray themselves or shower there is always a bad smell inside the gym which sometimes makes it hard to focus on your workout. There are also college kids smoking in the changing rooms and they’re noisy occupying most of the benches and machines. I’m a member for 3 years and I wouldn’t recommend only if you haven’t got another option.
Like being in a school playground. Staff hang out in large intimating groups take all the equipment give you dirty looks when you go past. The blond one never stops putting the manager down does nothing but moan for sure. Staff need a facelift. Not much hope for the new JD as it's a joke at the moment. Used to be a descent gym until lately.
Absolutely love this place. Zumba classes with Andrea are amazing she makes working out fun and pushes us too if you can't dance it doesn't matter just come and join us to have fun and work out. Been going for nearly 4 years now. Been a member of the gym since it first opened one of the best ones around.
A good, value for money, no frills gym. The only downside is the swarms of younger people that congregate early evening. The classes are brilliant, and the staff are friendly. Combat classes with Dani, Zumba with Andrea and the Spin class with Bob the other day was the best Spin Class I've ever done!
Clean and tidy gym with lots of cardio equipment but it is cold! Staff friendly and helpful especially Sarah who always makes you feel welcome and the prospect of walking into a gym a little less daunting. Great price for what you get!
Cheap and cheerful monthly cost, added bonus of free Parking!! I don't use any equipment, Prefer Zumba classes, Absolutely fab!!! Andrea got so much energy, great enthusiasm always a smile on her face, except when there's no heating or the surround systems plays up.. Although she tires me out with a great work out I leave feeling fully revitalised ... Top Lady xxx
