Excellent venue for a quiet family roller disco.

Always friendly staff. The gym is kept clean, tidy, and well equipped. It has had a recent refurb which is really good. It's generally never that busy so  you can get on with a decent workout.

nice gym with track and field , showers and toilets , badminton , squash court. Badminton court is in great shape , and gym has all the latest techno gym machines , which can track your progress using a custom key. Although this gym has no personal training available they do offer creation of a personalized program when you join , and it can be reviewed periodically  every 4-6 weeks .

Very friendly staff and a lot to do. Membership is really good for what you get

Fab classes, the staff is super nice and soo motivating, I would not be bothered to work out, but really looking forward to the classes. Definitely definitely recommend  gym facilities are really good also, big gym, good equipment!

Excellent facilities first class and well used great staff well equiped lots of classes excellent instructors whats not to like. Made improvements great facilities no change still excellent

Good facilities with outdoor running track

Incredibly friendly staff who are willing and able to support you in achieving your fitness goals.  Great variety of equipment for different exercises and very rarely are you left waiting for equipment to be freed up for use.  I feel very welcome and comfortable attending this gym and always feels like a good sense of community amongst all the gym-goers.
