Gym is big, it's a plus. But, the cleaning staff behaviour is beneath contempt. So, if you want to use any shelves for your cosmetics, towels, etc. think twice, or just do not do it.
First time at Xercise4less Falkirk and was impressed with everything on offer! Free 2 hours parking and central location makes this gym ideal!
I don't understand why more refurbishment isn't being done? The branch in cumbernauld has been kitted out really well but the Falkirk one hasn't been and it could use a litte tweak here and there. But despite that it's still good value for money, gyms aren't social centre's for posing afterall, but some people clearly think they are...

No one cleans anything after themselves, weights left lying at the benches, weights that are put back just dumped back anywhere, most of the attachments for the cables are all worn and never replaced by anything half decent

The gym is amazing You can find all you need there. Also there is a special area only for women All the gym is very clean, the changing rooms are comfortable, you have lockers, showers and toilets During almost all the day is a quiet place to train, mainly in the mornings. I love this gym!
friendly staff working in a difficult situation with a worn out gym, desperately in need of refurbishment. Also lots of concerns with covid with folk not cleaning things or wearing masks, even saw a guy training in a denim suit. Lately the place has been terrorised with kids sneaking in, upped membership prices don't reflect in any changes made and I am thinking of cancelling any day now after being a member since it opened. I used to pay £9.99 and now its £14.99 for a much worse gym Update as of 12th of June 2022 Absolutely no changes at all other than the equipment being completely knackered, finding a weights bench thats not a see saw or a treadmill that doesn't bang on every step is impossible now.
Plenty of kit in good condition. Tidy and clean.
