Nicola is an excellent personal trainer and sports massage therapist, friendly and personable she is extremely knowledgeable very innovative and adaptable. Every training session is different whether it is a class or one to one. I have known Nicola for 6 years and never get bored with our sessions.

I have been to Nicola on a number of occasions for sports massages, specifically for my lower back which has troubled me on and off for years. Nic is always polite and courteous. Her massages have always been excellent!! Thoroughly recommend!!

Having problems with my shoulders and arms during rugby games and getting pains and aching after. Mic diagnosed my problem and helped me develop my shoulders to prevent the problems. Nic is very professional and passionate about her job and I would recommend her services to anyone.

I have been using N J fitness for nearly a year now to help me with an on going back problem and nic has worked wonders. I now have very little pain and not suffering like I was. nic is very accommodating and friendly and goes above and beyond for u, always a first class service.

Both my husband and I go to Nicola once a month for a massage been going for over a year now. Always feel better after it.

Excellent training with Nic. I have done group glasses, PT and group PT. Nic adapts each regime and exercise to clients individual needs. I started very unfit and unable to do most things, Nic soon had me progressing and pushing myself more each week. Friendly yet professional. Highly recommend.
