Best decision I have made in years joining Rezults. Classes are great and every one is different so keeps things fresh. Nutritional help is fab and a great community spirit that supports you in your journey. Would recommend to anyone! Keep up the great work guys!

Personal training & kettlebell classes are always challenging, varied but most of all fun. Nutritional advise & support given is outstanding! All members are friendly & supportive. Joining Rezults has been the best decision I have made in a long time. Not only has it helped me to shed the pounds to get into smaller clothes, it has also given me more confidence & I have achieved so much more than I would ever have thought possible. Huge thanks to Derek & his team.

I joined Rezults in July this year hoping to tone up in time for my wedding but I have gained so much more! The classes are good fun and I hated exercise before I joined and there are never 2 classes the same. Derek is always on hand to offer advice and support, be that with exercise or nutrition and to give you a good kick up the butt when you need it! Now, three months on, I am the fittest I have ever been, I have dropped a clothes size, I know how to eat properly for my health and I actually enjoy working out thanks to Derek and his team!

Joining Rezults is the best decision I've made. Great training and guidance every step of the way. I now look forward to working out and know I'll never be judged or made to feel like I'm not good enough. Amazingly supportive. I love my little Rezults family.

Rezults is a welcoming supportive environment to challenge yourself to work towards your personal health and fitness goals. Advice on nutrition is available if desired and regular call outs are made asking if support is needed to help you work towards any individual target. Various membership options available at a great price which I feel is excellent value for the personal attention given during the small group PT sessions. Highly recommended.

A great gym with a very experienced team offering excellent fitness, nutrition and lifestyle advice. Joining is one of the best decisions I've made with a massive impact on my weight, fitness, nutrition and general well-being. Every class is different and members are all friendly and supportive. Highly recommend.

If you are looking to turn your life around, optimize your health and fitness, and get to grips with your nutrition then you need look no further. The transformation happens via nutritional re-education & fantastic, fun group fitness sessions. The Rezults are astounding. The support and advice is outstanding.  For me, 6+ years on, I've never looked back.

Fantastic gym classes with excellent instructors l

Great PT group sessions, open 7 days. Trainers are experienced and provide a variety of challenging sessions. Highly recommend if you are looking looking to trim down and improve your fitness.

Fabby! You never get 2 sessions the same so you never go along with the dread!!! Very very good and trainers and includes nutrition which most gyms or fitness classes don't!  Gets you well on the sitraight and narrow!!
