Staff been helpful in the past. On last visit I arrived at 3.30pm, store closes at 4pm. 3 Staff stood in doorway staring at me as I entered shop and I was instructed as I walked through the door that the store closes in 20 mins. Didn't find what I needed although I made a purchase, Staff stood chatting about Sunday dinner as I left and ignored my goodbye.
They were very pleasant and very helpful in getting the right shoes to fit.
My partner was after a new pair of shoes and Wynsors always has something in. She came out with a nice pair of shoes and a lovely woollen hat!
I remember buying my most favourite shoes ever from here: purple and suede Adidas tennis shoes. That was back around 1999 I think. Anyway, they now sell cheap imitation crocs. Which is exactly what I wanted.

Raced in with two young children looking for trainers. A lovely lady picked up a selection and we left 10 minutes later with two great pairs, waterproofed too. Plenty of choice. Great advice from staff and help for a hassled nana!
The guy that helped me with my granson's shoes was very helpful nothing was to much effort for him he was very helpful
Great customer service despite the constrained numbers of staff available. I really feel like they got it right because so many places that I visit these days don't.
