I visited this shop today, got there at 9:30 this morning to get school shoes for my daughters. 3 members of staff  behind the counter greeted us and really welcomed us as we walked through the doors. It really made me feel great and even my 2 daughters giggled with happiness. Worked in retail for 30+ years and always think of good customer service. Service like this is so lovely, even when I was paying at the counter they were so lovely. I often shop in here and never had a bad experience.

Paid vist today must say what a lovely lady you have working in your went beyond her duties to help me today actually on her knees putting putting my boots on for me not just once but for the 4 pairs  before I found the right pair for me. Mandy  is a credit not just to the shop but the whole  of the company you are so privileged to have such a amazing  lady working for your company  a big THANK-YOU to Mandy xx

Went to return a pair of pumps, place was looking clean, couldn't see any covid 19 precautions. But this isn't the worst I experienced, a couple of really old pensioners were paying for a  pair of shoes,  the lady serving them needs a lesson on customer service, so rude she was the price on the  shoe's was more than advertised and she told the old guy this in a abrupt tone and when he was asking why he was told that they were £1 more he was unsure. The lady took his money and when the old guy questioned his change, she snarled at him "it's a pound more " and the old couple left she turned to a member of staff and then shaked her head for everyone to see, just cause she had a mood on. No need to take out on the customers.  Then when I asked to return my items she rolled her eyes up, then asked another member of staff if they were accepting returns. She accepted this abruptly and no good customer service here. Absolutely shocking to see. I will not be shopping here again.  No wonder the shop was quiet, good customer service and care is the key to everything unless you can pick and choose your customers.  I would advise anyone who values our older generation to give this a big miss. One word for this place - AWFUL.

Great place for shoes, need more staff on counter also for safety of children keep doors closed as the car park right by door plus a busy main road too !

I went to buy a pair of shoes I got the shoes and I also got a pair of slippers so it was a good journey

They sell a variety of shoes + trainers for everybody's budget. I was quite surprised.

Customer service was amazing my son was getting kickers for school and the assistant couldn't have been more helpful she was in and out the back room approx 5 times ensuring perfect fit. My son even commented how nice she was! Thank you!

Got my daughter's feet measured here by staff, the lady was friendly and helpful.
