Great customer service. Welcomed with an hello as soon as inside. Asked if I needed any help , once I had explained what I was wanting the service was impeccable. Very helpful and polite staff. Thankyou
Rows of shoes, in size order so easy to see what is available in your size. Some shoes are low priced but it isn't the cheapest shop but equally not expensive. The main advantage is the amount of shoes
I didn’t have a great deal of time left so I only paid a quick visit. There are disabled bays near the door and further parking spaces nearby . The door is a double door and is not automated . The door pushes inward and you may need help if you need to open the other door. However the floor is flat and level ,and there is plenty of space inside to get around in a wheelchair The staff are helpful and took away any embarrassment you may feel finding the right size shoes .My chair in fact was just a moveable fitting stool !!! Paying for the goods was nice and simple as most places now have card readers on an expanding cable No WC facilities

Terrible customer service. Would be careful if you're thinking about visiting this shop. My brother was overcharged on a pair of shoes and then the man at the checkout closed the till early, just before closing time, so that he couldn't get his money back that day. The next day the same employee took ages making my brother hand over unnecessary details such as his home address and making him write out his signature which he then scrutinised in comparison to the signature on the back of his card before agreeing to give the money back. Really unhelpful and unpleasant - awful service.
