I Bought a pair of homicide wingtip shoes for my wedding a couple of nights ago and I spoke with Rob. He was more than accomodating and even stayed back a bit past closing time as I wasn't easily making my decision. He was knowledgeable and was able to give advice where needed. Highly recommended both him and Mitchel who I spoke with a couple of weeks prior to purchasing. Great staff, great vibe, can't wait to get my next pair

First pair of Jeffery Wests bought today after years of smudging my nose up at the window. I had my daughter with me to help choose and the sales assistant Joanna was brilliant! None-pressured, friendly and helpful. We had in her words a 'shoe party' trying on different styles and sizes and nothing was too much trouble. First class service to match the shoes they sell
Bought two pairs at the Leeds store so far and the staff are friendlyand helpful. I had an issue with the fur lining coming up on my second pair so I let them know, and dropped the shoes back off with them - sorted within a day or two. Great!

I drive all way to Leeds from Scunthorpe been looked after well by the staff at j west have had 2pairs will be goin for my 3rd pair soon , I don't no what this guy is on about putting a bad review about j west keep the good work guys
