Great place for families. Monthly ticket a bargain at £25 for 30 days. Normal price £9.50 per session. 1 hour
I have been to the Little-O session twice now and my 4yo nephew absolutely loves it. It's great value for money at £4 per person for the hour. Because of the good value, it's certainly a busy session. Would have given 5 stars, but there's a few problems I've noticed both times. I thought the session was exclusively for under 5's and parents. On both occassions there were older children 10+ who could get rowdy around the little ones. I had someone flip over my nephew's head! The toilets were also in a state. Considering we went at the start of the session when the building first opened, the toilets should not have been in the condition they were. It was evident they were not cleaned the previous evening. I have to give the place a good rating though. My nephew had a great time, is tired out at midday and he can't wait to go again! We might make sure we go to toilet before we get there though!
We attend their ZigZag session for autistic children and the staff are outstanding. So welcoming, helpful and completely understanding. We also attended once for my Son's Birthday and because there was only one other small group with us they turned the music down for us a little to help with his needs. My kids favourite place
I take my Nephews and Neices here as often as I can and each time they have so much fun that I always rebook it and I love it too. If I'm watching I see the staff are always happily bouncing about showing the kids the best time and the staff are just as great on reception and in the cafe. It's a fab atmosphere an absolute must visit!
Went to Oxygen for my daughter's birthday with my partner, our son and two of my daughter's friends. Everything was nice and clean, and seemed in good condition. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a great time right up until the last two minutes of our session when my partner landed funny and snapped a tendon in her foot. I have to say all of the staff were absolutely amazing. They really helped us out and dealt with the situation in a professional way. From filling out the accident form, to providing crutches for my partner, to offering free pizzas for the children they did everything they could. Really impressed by everything about Oxygen, will defintiely be back. Would highly recommend - just be careful how you land!
Great experience! Went with three other adults and two children, everybody had a fun time....maybe the adults even more than the kids. It was a 1 hour session but lasted long enough and with the disney tunes blasting out in the background set the right theme for the jumping experience. Looking forward to going again!
We had our first party for my daughter's 10. It was a fantastic experience. We were hosted by Katie and she was indeed a fantastic host. She helped us with all the information and preparation before the jumping session. The jumping area were neat and there are lots of activities for all the group. After the jumping session we were taken to the party room which was big and spacious - we were 10 and the room could easily accommodate up to 20. Pizzas were delicious and Katie kept the kids entertained really well after the food. It was a great day of enjoyment and Katie made it even better... thank you for that, Katie. We will certainly recommend this place and visit again.

So with 2 adults going to a place that's clearly orientated for children, I will take that in to account when writing my review. The pricing is good, the facilities are well kept and everything is nice and clean. They were also maintained well with no annoying "out of order" signs anywhere to be seen. It was a good laugh and for someone who's never been it was certainly fun. However I must talk about how it falls short, it was full of kids which can be nothing to mean about however when there are kids sat in the foam pit hitting eachother with it and jumping on your space, it is very annoying when there are rule boards everywhere explaining that there is 1 person per space, no resting on the jumping area and no sitting in the foam pit, it kinda ruins the whole experience. Not to mention how they had to shut the "professional area" because there were not enough staff. Good facilities but there needs to me more staff to keep the place in order. They were too passive.
Public allowed in at the same time as parties, this means if your kids like dodgeball, assault course or the bit on the big airbag then be prepared for them to be disappointed while in there as the staff will ask them to leave those areas for the party kids. Mine have been asked to leave each one of those so far in the first 30 minutes of their hour session. Friendly staff, nice cafe area but it's just not as good as the original, Jump Arena next door, you can watch the kids better, there's more for them to do and the staff makes sure they're not left out over there. And now it's raining the roof is leaking onto the trampolines
