Excellent gym. Great range of equipment. Friendly team. Strong health and fitness knowlage. No contract. 37 classes a week, included in contract. Very clean.

Fantastic gym, great facilities and classes are great to work around work. The staff are really helpful and approachable. It's really convenient that I don't have to go into the city for a gym. For what you get the membership cost is really good!

Friendly staff, good variation of training equipment.  All types of characters training here, from those attending popular spinning classes, to crossfit, to heavy free weights.  All ages, shapes and sizes attending, even in the boxing classes with ex European light heavyweight champion Danny Mckintosh.  A friendly and professional setup.  Thank you.

Nice gym, lots of equipment to cater for all needs and ages, staff knowledgeable and friendly, gym users friendly too and actually talk to each other, not pretentious and no posers there. Love that gym.
