Just been to NR Wymondham after a long break from fitness, after leaving the absolute destitute David Lloyd Norwich, it’s a breath of fresh air to have such a brilliant facility open 24/7.nnNathan John Gostling and the team have really cracked it with gyms in Norfolk. Absolutely brilliant equipment… faultless…
*****Nr wymondham *****, excellent clean gym,the staff are approachable as they spend time on the floor speaking to the clients, if you ask they are happy to explain/show how to operate the machines and different techniques to hit your goals. Classes are always popular especially the spin classes.. great staff plenty of motivation and lots of knowledge between the workers!n

Best gym I’ve ever been to - nice and friendly staff, always push me to achieve my best! The crowd are a friendly bunch, never a bad experience at NR Wymondham. Clean and tidy as should expect. Sauna is the icing on the cake
Great gym. Been going here since it very first opened. The development of the equipment and general composition of the gym has been fantastic. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to join a new gym or starting out!
