The worst chinese curry I've had in a long time. Literally in a full portion, 4 miserly slices of chicken and 4/5 small King prawns. Really stingy, I'd rather they put the price up and actually provided a reasonable meal. In addition only 4 pieces of prawn toast usually 6-8. Awful, won't be going back bur nice cheerful service.
This takeaway shopWylam Garden, 41 Jackson Road, Wylam, NE41 8EL has been selling stinky chicken to customers since mid-August, including shredded chicken, Sweet & Sour chicken, lemon chicken, chicken noodles, chicken used in fried noodles, chicken curry, chicken with black pepper and so on. The chicken has a very serious odor, and you can smell it about 2 meters away. These chickens were bought cheaply from other places by the boss. Since the first time I bought them, I have told the boss about these chickens. Can not be used, there is a very serious odor, but the boss only said that it is only the smell of chicken and can continue to be used. I believe that many customers have already eaten the chicken and found that there is a problem with the chicken.
Waited nearly 2hours and the jeal was cold Phoned to complain was put on hold Thats my finish I should have learnt my lesson from the last one I had
Avoid. Sent wrong order. Wont answer phone. The food we did get was the worst ive ever had from from any takaway.
My wife is very picky when it comes to takeaways but Wylam garden is a great Chinese restaurant offering a takeaway service. Food always comes hot and very friendly staff when you call. Overall a great place with a excellent food star hygiene rating.
Clean and tidy the staff very good pre ordered meals just had to wait a couple of minutes to finish off order did not mind that and that proved the meal was hot good reasonable prices
Salt and pepper chips were super hot and crispy. I’m not sure what they do different but they’re the best ones I’ve had. And the menu seems very affordable.

Never had a bad meal at this take away. Picked up take aways for 3 people and they were all given to me by name so it wasnt confusing. The food is so tasty and I would recommend this chinese takeaway to anyone. It's a struggle to get through on the phone but worth keep trying.
