I have given 2 star just because of the negligence. When I enquired about a quote for a  service they promptly given a nice quote which is really nice and great. Appreciate that, however immediately when I said to proceed within 2 days got a response as they are running out of staff and cannot consider providing the service and refused. Simple thing is when we enquire itself this can be straight away said as they should be knowing as they are busy. Appreciate that, however after we asked to initiate no response or after following up saying as they cannot do as they are running or of staff is not that great. That’s the only reason

We used WSP for the conveyancing when buying our first home. Lucy our solicitor was very helpful. She was able to sort everything out for us and made the whole process stress free. She answered all our questions and kept us informed with updates on how our purchase was progressing. We were extremely happy with the service we received.

After a works accident I used WSP for my no win no fee claim. At this stressful time lisa made things simple ,she is so responsive and punctual. Very professional and able to deal with problems as they arose with the house sale. Recomended!

We were at the bottom of a chain where the Vendors had used this firm for their sale and purchase. We never did receive the answers to our enquiries and our own Solicitor was just constantly ignored. Emails went unanswered and so did telephone calls.  Our purchase dragged on for an extra 8 weeks because of their lack of effort and would probably still be going on now if we hadn’t started looking at other properties! As a result, we have lost money having to put furniture into storage. The answers to our questions I had to find out for myself from the Management Company then 3 weeks later WSP tried to fob everyone off saying the Management Company hadn’t responded to them!! It would be laughable if it wasn’t so stressful.  We were told that their own client has raised a complaint over the service they have received. But from a third party’s prospective in the chain, all I can say is that It’s been a living nightmare so I would not recommend this firm to anyone!

My girlfriend and I have used WSP twice now house sale and purchase and have been very impressed on both occasions. They are friendly, easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any correspondence, as well as doing a fantastic and efficient job on the legal side of things.
