Only giving 1 star as I am unable to give 0. Would not return calls, I had to chase every single question, request and action several times. Paying nearly £1,000 for their services, I did not expect to be told a simple piece of legal advice, that would take 10 minutes to resolve would cost me over £150 and an hour of my time. Also sent the deeds to my property in insecure post (not even a cardboard backed envelope, and not even recorded/signed for delivery). They were left out in an insecure greenhouse by the postman as a result as they would not fit through the letterbox. The condition of the envelope was atrocious. Also lost a copy of a bank statement I submitted to them. Terrible customer relationship management. Frankly incompetent, arrogant and put the legal profession to shame

Knowledgeable friendly solicitors. The waiting room could do with a bit of comfort though.

In terms of service, WSP are second to none. They provide an extremely thorough service from start to finish, during which the client is kept completely up to speed with developments. They have a fantastic range of services and a massive level of expertise - I wouldn't recommend or go anywhere else for legal services. WSP have a great Commercial Team - who are fantastically supportive of local business - sponsoring the local business awards, arranging "Business Briefings" to raise awareness of certain topics local business people should be aware of. They also run man other events in the area and Catherine Green, an Associate from WSP is the Chairperson of Stroud Businesswomen's Network - a fabulous indicator of their high level of cooperate social responsibility.

Friendly, professional, knowledgeable and wise - that's good enough for me but they also give a lot to the local business community.
