Disappointing, when you can't get a reply to a simple email, numerous calls don't get returned and emails are regularly auto replied to with an out of the office message. I couldn't recommend using redkite. Perhaps it's just Kate, but have to say that it is un acceptable to not reply to an email for a month then repeatedly promise, yet fail, to return calls. I'll be going elsewhere.
Very poor service. Lack of communication. And the secretary for family solicitors is very rude. Less than 1 week u till the final hearing and I've changed to another solicitor firm. Overall a terrible experience and can not recommend. Avoid at all costs.
Very poor service dealing with a family will. Dont bother asking this company to explain why they have failed to provide the statutory 7 year accounts. The service is shoddy and they then deduct more fees for never replying to your questions.
Mistakes on the house deeds - I'm down £150k and they won't help. Cowboy law firm, be careful!
Having loads of work done at the moment, but they were friendly helpful and through the banging and mess professional.
